NorthStar Cleaning & Restoration services residential and commercial customers to help them maintain a clean environment.  They also work with people that need to restore a room or home back to original quality following an emergency with fire, mold, or water damage.

Nick and Jay contacted me, looking for someone they could count on, to build a quality website.  They began this process a year before, hiring a company to build a website that didn’t follow through.

I knew that I needed to earn their trust since the previous company had taken advantage of them.  I started by making a physical appearance, working closing with Nick to walk through each aspect of business operations.  I continued by working with his brother Jay, in Wausau, to get an even clearer understanding of how diverse and wide-spread their operations are.

I worked with them to reserve a new domain name, setup email addresses, and program the website using our website publishing content management tools.  I worked with Jay every couple of days to make sure he was happy with the progress, design ideas, and website functionality.    

Results
By producing a plan, following it, and keeping my word, trust was restored and a custom, quality website was created.  I’m also working with them to enhance their placement in search engines with a monthly search engine optimization package.  Customers that have their websites built by us, often choose us to help them host it and market it.  Our tools are all search engine ready, but that’s not enough.  It is actually just the beginning.  With a solid foundation we were ready to take the next step; marketing the website.  Once the keywords are selected, the site needs to be submitted to search engines on a monthly basis and the site needs to be analyzed to find ways to optimize it for each keyword combination.

This website helps provide them with a professional image, prospective customers with access to their company information twenty-four by seven, and existing customers with ways to provide evaluations after each job.  Most importantly, it provides them with a way to update their website whenever and wherever they want.  Our website publishing content management tools are very easy to use.
