Sweet Autumn Inn - Bed & Breakfast

Background:
Let’s head back to 1910 and explore what relaxation is really
about. The home of Teri Nelson in Lake Mills, converted into a 3
bedroom bed and breakfast is peaceful, quite, and relaxing. This
little town atmosphere, between Madison and Milwaukee will provide you
with a safe and relaxing place to spend the night or a weekend.
Marketing in 1910 was not like it is today. Telling Teri’s story and sharing the inn’s experiences online is something that would bring more people in to stay. Having a more automated approach to reservations, room availability, and customer contact will keep them competitive with larger chain hotels. But for those that seek bed and breakfast style get-aways, Teri wanted to be found. The best way, the only way, is to have a website that can be searched on and is easy to navigate.
The Solution
Teri was referred to Jeff through another website developer. Even
more interesting is that Teri and Jeff have never met in person. They
met over the phone and have done all of their business dealings through
email. Jeff took the time to look over the existing website, listen to
Teri’s needs, and send over some ideas that Teri might like. After a
few changes, we found one that would work.
The website is both functional and informational. It takes each visitor on a tour, shares some history, provides valuable room availability that is up to date all the time, and gives some information on the surrounding area. These are all the things that people expect when they come to my site, says Teri Nelson. They don’t want to visit a website that is hard to navigate or provides inaccurate information, she exclaims.
The Results
I have enjoyed working with Jeff and his team. The project got immediate attention and was done within a couple of weeks. All of my guests comment on how nice the site looks. Thanks for all of your hard work to help make my business successful. You’re welcome to stay here any time.

Karate Instruction / Karate School
Background
Craig Johnson owner of Karate USA, began martial arts in 1982. He earned his black belt in 1986. According to peers, parents, and students, Craig is one of the most inspirational and experienced instructors in Northeastern Wisconsin. He was able to take his passion and expertise and open a martial arts school in Green Bay. In martial arts, timing is everyting; As it was with us. We started Alex, our son just a few weeks before Craig was seeking a local web designer. We started chatting one day after class. Since Craig wanted more than just an informational website, he decided to work with us to design and develop a custom built website that would provide his students with something they could use on a daily basis. By working with N.E.W Results, LLC Craig was able to combine his ideas with our expertise.
Solution
We started by listening to Craig. He told us about his karate school, how it works, why students came there, and what he liked about other websites he visited on the Internet. We were also asked to work with his existing graphic designer to come up with a design that would be consistent with his marketing materials. Teresa Kennedy turned out to be very easy to work with.... and fast. She and I tossed around a few ideas and came up with the design in just a few hours.
With the layout and design complete, we moved on to functionality. Reviewing the requirements showed that we needed three websites in one; a front end for guests, a members only area for students, and an admin area just for Craig. The members only area is what sets him apart from the competition. For reasons of international karate security we cannot tell you the list of features. You don't want to mess with the triple diamond black belts that enforce the law. In any case, we can say that we created exactly what Craig needed and his students love it.
Results
Karate USA was built to specifications and the students love it. It is easy to navigate and update. Craig considers his site to be cutting-edge. Once you've seen how it works, I'm sure would agree... Since launching the website, Craig has been able to better market his school and stand out from the competition.
If you would like to stand out from the competition and have a website that your customers actually use, then maybe it's the right timing for you to call N.E.W. Results, LLC. We offer website design, development, and hosting for business all over the country... not just in Northeastern Wisconsin. Give us a call or pass along our information to someone you know that could benefit from meeting us. Thanks!

Mobile Music Entertainment, Disc Jockey, Wedding Receptions, Corporate Events!
Background
Bronson Smith, Master of Ceremonies, Disc Jocky, Entertainer. Take a walk on the wild side and meet Bronson Smith. In the disc jockey industry since 1982, he opened his own business in 1998. Bronson has been growing his business by attending wedding shows and word of mouth advertising. So far, So good. What he needed was a boost and some additional business creditability. Bronson knew that having a website, when you don't have an office or a retail store, can really add some credibility to your business and draw people to you that you haven't met before. Bronson is a down-to-earth guy that loves what he does. So, we needed to build him a website that would reflect his personality and passion.
Solution
Partnering with an Internet Software Company, we built a website that incorporated industry specific website tools to help Bronson book events, select music, review package contracts, and process payments. Bronson's website offers everything a customer needs to get to know him before calling. Once the event is booked, videos and photos can be added to his site so others attending the event can view or download memories. One area that we added this past year is tips direct from Bronson on how to have a successful wedding. Many of his site visitors have stated that his site is a great resource to planning their big day.
Results
Bronson has been a customer for over 4 years and when asked he stated, “I love everything about my website.”
Bronson’s business has increased 100% after this website was created, surpassing his expectations. Jeff continues to ensure the website is kept up to date by adding and editing photos, news, and other various content.
If your office is where your customer is, instead of an office or retail building, we can help you build a custom website
that truly represents your passion. Give us a call. We would be glad to help.
Hear The Calling

Business/ Industry
Religious, Missionary, Church, Non-Profit
Background/Approach
Zach is a not a normal high school graduate. Most High School graduates start a job in a trade, go to trade school to learn a skill or head off to college. Zach heard a different call. God called on Zach to serve in the missions field right after school. He answered this call by serving with an organization in western Wisconsin. This organization focuses on serving other students and children, providing them with a way to find Christ in a non-threading, friendly way. As a new missionary, Zach needed to learn many things, including how to raise support and provide regular updates to his supporters. The traditional approach is to meet with people face to face and write letters for updates. Considering that it is 2008, Zach wanted to balance tradition with current technology by asking if we could provide him with a website to display background on his missions, photos from his missions, and a blog or diary on his missions. With a website, Zach would be given a way to share his ideas and missions with more than those he could sit and talk with, face to face.
Solution
N.E.W. Results, LLC approached this project by first interviewing Zach to determine what he wanted and who would be viewing it. It is important to make sure the customer’s audience is taken into account to ensure the website will be used. There is nothing worse than a website no one visits. Well, actually, what is worse is a website that doesn’t provide its owner with the intended results.
In this specific project, Zach was not new to computers, but he was new to websites. He needed us to provide him with direction and ideas. He told us that he loved basketball and his favorite color is black; that he wanted to share his ideas, write about each mission, and share photos; that he wanted a way for people to keep up to date on his progress in real time, without having to wait for a hand-written letter. We came up with an idea to create a simple, classy, and clean website utilizing industry standard tools to minimize cost and maximize consistency and output. We didn’t develop the blog tool or the photo album software, but we integrated them into his website, so it was seamless and functioned in a way that people could easily navigate and use.
Results
Zach ended up with a website that provides him with a way to communicate with words and pictures. Communication leads to trust. Trust leads to support. Zach states that he is extremely grateful for Jeff and for N.E.W. Results, LLC for creating a website that is so easy to use and update. Family and friends enjoy being able to easily get into the website and read and view what Zach has been up to while he’s learning at missions schools and on trips half-way around the world. Jeff continues to give Zach support and updates with ways to improve his website.
No matter what age you are, what industry you are in, or place you are in the world of technology, Jeff at N.E.W. Results, LLC can help you put your ideas into motion and get results.
