Background
Kiefer Uniforms started retail operations in 1984, located in Green Bay, WI. Barb, the owner, has a customer service background and believes in making sure all of her customers are happy and taken care of. Several times a year she would take Kiefer Uniforms on the road and show off new product lines in different cities around the state. Many of these new customers woud ask if they could view her whole inventory online and order other products through the internet. After several years and lots of research, Barb felt it was time to expand her uniform business to the Internet.

Not knowing what to do, she began to interview several local website designers.  She found a company that had a turn-key solution, but then, later found out that it wasn't so "turn key" and she ended up with a lot of problems.  Off to a rocky start, Barb felt taken advantage of and without a website.

Jeff, from N.E.W. Resutls, LLC contacted Barb and needless to say, she was skeptical.  After checking around, she learned that we had a reputation for completing project and showing customers how to really achieve results.  We met and the rest is history... not so fast. Solution
We met, learned everything there is to know about retail uniform sales and went to work.  There are manufactures, styles, patterns, colors, sizes, and seasonal changes.  So, we had our hands full.  We started with an open source website ecommerce tool, customized it, and added inventory. The largest challenge we had was getting all of the images to size correctly.  There was only one Manufacturer that sent us images in the right format.  All the other manufacturers sent images that had to be adjusted or modified in some way before we uploaded them.  Then, of course, when you have everything just the way you want it, the season changes and it's time to start all over again.  But, we did it.

Results
We won't pretend to have all the answers or even get it right the first time, but we will work through all of the issues with you until they are resolved.  Having someone there with you to make sure it is geting done can mean all the difference in the world. 

Barb Kiefer's website has now been in operation for over 3 years and is processing sales on a weekly basis.  More importantly, Barb is trained on how to upload images, add products, and update product information on her own.  She's a regular web master.  Just kidding, but she is doing very well and loves her new site.

We are now, as of Jan 2009, in the process of building her a new ecommerce site with 50 additional features.  Once released, she'll be able to keep pace with changes happening in the online retail world; Staying competitive physically in store and online.
