N.E.W. Results, LLC is a full service information technology internet solution provider.

My name is Jeff Blackman, owner of N.E.W. Results, LLC in De Pere, WI.  I’ve been providing technology solutions for local businesses for 8 years and really enjoy the variety of work. 

I’ve been blessed to work with over 70 different business types, all with their own unique set of challenges. The one thing that all of my clients have in common is their need for someone that will take the time to listen to them and run with the issue or problem; not giving up, providing excuses, or making it worse.  They have all been left with solving a problem either created by their previous website developer or one they inherited from a previous owner, so I guess you could say that my specialty is finding the root cause and then coming up with a solution that can last. 

Several clients actually refer to me as just “Jeff”, meaning that they refer me to other people by saying, “Do you have  “a JEFF”?”.  It makes me laugh.  I’m also very humbled by the attention and real connection I have with my clients.  In a world where price seems to matter more than service and there is very little loyalty, it’s nice to know that my clients have chosen to keep calling me back again and again to help them through whatever it is that they are dealing with.  In some cases, they are stumped and just need someone they can trust to talk things out with and listen.  Once we have it all out on the table, we can come up with a solution that makes sense for them. 

Another big factor that sets me apart from the rest is my flexibility.  I work from my home office, so I keep my cost very low.  Just about all of my client interactions are in person at their place of business or home, or over the phone.  Several of my clients contact me via phone, I use remote control software to access their computer, and can fix their problem without even having to leave my office.  Oh, and did I mention that this is often times at 9pm at night? 

I think that when you run a business, especially a small business here in Northeastern Wisconsin, you wear many, many, many hats.  So, when you have a technology problem, you’d like it fixed so you can keep working.  People that choose to work with me know that I’m here for them.
